Turnkey Automation Systems
The engineers at Endpoint Solutions have 30 years of experience in developing successful automated systems in a variety of industries.
Following a tried and true development process, our engineers work collaboratively with our customers to understand, design, fabricate, test, and install robust solutions to meet their needs.
Some of our past successes include precision product assembly systems, custom robotics, material handling & processing, food processing, and general automation.
We integrate 3rd party machines and components where it makes sense. We do not believe in re-inventing the wheel if perfectly good solutions already exist.
Our systems have been installed in clean rooms, food manufacturing plants, plastics plants, military bases, and heavy foundries.
Robot Integration
Endpoint Solutions has decades of experience in robotic integration into both new and existing processes. Our team is comfortable integrating any brand of robot and developing all of the necessary equipment surrounding the robot.
We have also integrated vision systems for "picking - on - the - fly" conveyor tracking applications, grip corrections, and variable placement locations.
We support all major brands including FANUC, ABB, UR, Mitsubishi, Yaskawa, and Adept/Omron to name a few.
Product and Process Development
Members of the Endpoint Solutions team have experience in developing injection molded products and associated processes involving tight tolerance stacks, complex mechanisms, and materials. Several patents have been awarded as a result.
Our unique blend of expertise in product design and an automation mindset allows for a more seamless transition from prototype, to pilot line, to high volume production line through application of DFM (Design For Manufacturing) in early stages of product development.
We also have in-house rapid prototyping, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and photo-realistic rendering & animation capabilities to test designs and quickly bring products to market with confidence.
